Mucize

What a beautiful, funny and heart-whelm movie this one is!

It’s the second time a Turkish movie touched me in a way this one did! Turkish movies are ready to overtake the World with its purity and amazing performances!

It’s a story about a teacher, and also an ode to teachers, who got to go to a village in the middle of nowhere and the miracle brought by all!

A must-watch, funny, real and brings a sense of warmth, of happiness, of humanity that enriches our hearts!

Miracle!!!

Yedinci Kogustaki Mucize

OK, I’ve finally seen this unique Turkish film!

When it came out, there was a hype and everybody was talking about it, saying how good it was, how they’ve cried and how they got heartfelt by it… And so I said to myself, “maybe your expectations are too high, so it’s better to wait”… And that’s what I did…

And so, like so many things in our life, it was a bit forgotten…

But yesterday I’ve had time, and I was searching for a movie to watch, on a Friday night, in confinement… And surprise, surprise, the film found me, because it resonated in my head and I went to search for it!

Truth be told, it’s all people were saying and much more… The actors were splendid, pitch perfect performance for Aras Bulut Iynemli, Celile Toyon Uysal and most of the cast…

And the story is overwhelming, heartfelt, intense, raw, sad, happy… So many adjectives and not as many as I can remember… You really, really, really have to watch it!

The landscapes are amazing, the soundtrack is so cute… Sigh!

Words are not enough, viewing it and feeling it, it’s the best way to truly understand this moving story!

Teşekkürler
