AVPR: Aliens vs Predator – Requiem

What to say about this 2nd AvP movie (AVP2: Alien vs Predator 2)?!…

I know the 1st one usually it is better than the 2nd but, in this case, I liked a lot this 2nd movie…

1st of all, it’s the sequel of the 1st (missed Dr. Alexa Woods)!

2nd, it’s almost like an ode to the 2nd movies of both franchise, meaning Alien and Predator… And what a scary Alien mixed with Predator DNA spawned!

Still, I want to understand how this AvP movies got to happen on the Alien franchise… Read about it awhile, but still doesn’t make that much of a sense! I’ll wait for something more than just the ideas of fans (even though some are fantastic)!

If you like Alien and Predator and watched the 1st AvP, go re-wath this one!

AVP: Alien vs. Predator

Re-watched this one, but still fells a bit weird, the connection between this two franchises, Predators and Aliens!!!

On the Predator, it might be correct, but, especially after Prometheus, this one it’s completely off the chart!

Even so, if you like both universes, you must watch or re-watch this one!

And, if someone out there can explain to me the story-line behind this, I’ll appreciate it!!!

Predator

Well, a new movie from the Predator franchise came out 2 years ago and so I used this excuse to re watch the full franchise…

This one I saw it 30 years ago, and I was very, very scared… So today was a bit weird watching it again… So many memories came to my mind… The youth, not having any other trouble unless study… Oh well…

If you like the franchise, this is where everything started! And it’s the amazing Arnold Schwarzenegger.

5 stars!

Reclassifications

Good news. Reclassifications…

  • WHO reclassifies youth / elderly concept *

Previously, an English institution (Friendly Society Act) defined, in 1875, that elderly people were individuals from 50 years old …

Taking into account the evolution of the quality of food, of the physical activities practiced by most people today, which gave more quality and increased life expectancy, the * World Health Organization (WHO) *, made a new assessment of the concept of * be young, be middle aged, and be old *.

Like this:

01) underage: 0 to 17 years;

02) young people: 18 to 65 years old;

03) middle age: 66 to 79 years;

04) elderly: 80 to 99 years old;

05) long-lived elderly: over 100 years old.

CONGRATULATIONS!

We were reclassified!

Eating fruit on an empty stomach

Dr. Stephen Mak treats terminal cancer patients in an “unorthodox / less common” way and many patients recover.

Before, he used solar energy to eliminate the disease from his patients. He believes in the natural treatment against diseases in the body. See his article below:

“It is one of the strategies to cure cancer. Lately, my success rate is 80%. Cancer patients should not die. The cure for cancer has already been found – it is in the way we eat fruit, whether you believe it or not.

I am saddened by the death of hundreds of patients using the conventional method. ”

Eat fruits

We all think that eating fruit means buying fruit, cutting and putting it in our mouths. It is not as easy as we think. It is important to know how and when to eat the fruits.

What is the correct way to eat fruit?

It means not eating them after meals!

Fruits should be eaten on an empty stomach.

If you eat fruit on an empty stomach, it will have a greater role in detoxifying your body, providing a lot of energy to lose weight and other health benefits.

Fruits are the most important foods.

Let’s say you eat two slices of bread and then a slice of fruit. The slice of fruit is ready to go straight to the intestines through the stomach, but is prevented due to the bread you ate before it.

Meanwhile, all the bread and fruit ferment, becoming acid. The minute the fruit comes into contact with food in the stomach and digestive juices, the entire mass of food begins to spoil its effect.

So please eat your fruit on an empty stomach or before meals!

People have been heard to complain:

Every time I eat melon, after meals, my stomach swells; when I eat a banana, I feel like running to the bathroom, etc.… etc.

In fact, all of this will not appear if we eat fruit on an empty stomach.

The fruit mixes with the other food rotting and being digested, it produces gases, so the feeling of bloating.

Whitish hair, baldness, nervous outbursts and dark circles, all of this will not happen if you eat fruit on an empty stomach.

Some say that some fruits, like Orange and Lemons, are acidic.

All fruits become alkaline in our body, according to Dr. Herbert Shelton, who has done research on this purpose.

If you learn the correct way to eat fruit, you will have the secret of beauty, longevity, health, energy, happiness and normal weight.

When you need to drink fruit juice, drink only natural juice, not cans, packages or bottles.

It is not even worth drinking juice that has been heated.

Do not eat cooked fruit, as you will not get the nutrients at all. You will only taste it. Cooking destroys all vitamins.

But eating the whole fruit is much better than drinking the juice.

If you have to drink the natural fruit juice, sip it slowly and slowly, because you should let it mix with your saliva before swallowing.

You can go on a fruit-only fast for 3 days to clean or detox your body.

Do this and you will be surprised when your friends tell you how radiant it looks!

Fruits

Kiwi: small, but powerful. It is a good source of potassium, magnesium, vitamin E & fiber. It contains twice as much vitamin C as orange.

Apple: An apple a day prevents cancer from coming. Although the apple has a small amount of vitamin C, it has antioxidants & flavonoids that strengthen the effect of vitamin C thus, helping to reduce the risk of colon cancer, heart attacks and thrombosis.

Strawberry: Protective fruit; Strawberry has the highest antioxidant effect among large fruits and protects the body from cancer causing, clogged blood vessels and without radicals.

Orange: the sweetest medicine. Eating 2-4 oranges a day can help prevent constipation, lower cholesterol, prevent and dissolve kidney stones as well as lower your risk of colon cancer.

Melon: The freshest to quench your thirst. Composed of 92% water, and also composed of a large dose of glutathione, which helps to strengthen our urinary system. It is also a key source of lycopene – the cancer-fighting oxidant. Other nutrients found in melons are vitamin C & potassium.

Guava & Papaya: Lead in vitamin C content. They are the champions for their great vitamin C content.

Guava is also rich in fiber, which helps to prevent constipation / congestion.

Drinking water or cold drinks after meals = Cancer, do you believe that? For those who like to drink water or cold drinks, this article is applicable for them.

Either way, ice water or drinks will solidify the oily content you have just ingested and make digestion more difficult.

Once this ‘sludge’ reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestines faster than solid food.

Will lodge become in the intestines and, very soon, it will turn into fat and lead to cancer!

It is best to drink warm tea after meals.

We will be careful and aware. The more we know, the more chances we will have to survive.

After you read this, you have to be aware that each one of us are different and we have to know what’s best for each one of us. Our personal doctors are the best ones to give us the right direction to go!

An important idea: all the information that comes to us must be confirmed, validated and researched. However, there are several ideas to see in order to form ours. This article is worth what it is worth. We are the owners ofour search for validations and confirmations.
